General Information
    • A security deposit of IDR 100,000 is required upon check-in, refundable if no damage or disturbance occurs.
    • One child, 5 years old and below, can stay for free using existing beds.
    • Extra beds are not available.
    • Free private parking is available on-site, subject to availability at check-in.
    • Please present a valid government ID at the front desk upon arrival to avoid check-in issues.
    • Special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
    • Pets are not allowed on the premises.

    • You can check-in at 14.00 and check-out at 12.00.
    • You can request for an early check-in as you reach the hotel with an extra charge. However, this also depends on the room availability. Guests can also choose late check-in as we are available 24/7. 
    • For check-out between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, an additional charge of IDR 100,000 will apply.
    • If the check-out occurs after 5:00 PM, the full room rate will be applicable.
    • According to our SOP, confirmed reservations cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Please consult our Customer Service (CS) through WhatsApp at this number +62 878-6759-9958 for information or further assistance for your reservation.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke.
